This was the sweet caption Hoang-Kim posted with an instagram of her & a purse full of peonies that caught my eye. That little square was the backboard for what turned into this sweet, creative collaboration of ours here in the nation's capital. You never know what you're gonna get when you speak words of encouragement then share your favorite hometown spots, on social media.
Thank you again Kimmie for being a ray of sunshine on a gray day in the city & for sharing some of your Omaha favorites with me before our family's big road trip out to Nebraska. With less than a month till the Miss USA pageant, I'm honored & thrilled you that you were able to squeeze in a evening of photos with Tim & I.
