Family love: Gina & Cristi

One thing I absolutely love about summer time, is not the beautiful weather that I simply adore, nor is the pretty little dresses and cutesy little sandals we get to wear day in and day out, but the time I get to spend with my amazing family.

Today my beautiful cousin Gina turns sweet 16. Though sometimes because of her beauty she hardly looks the part.

Gina's always been the girl I wish I was when I was 16. Confident, quirky, super talented and happy marching to the beat of her own drum.

It's insane how grown up she is. She makes me feel soo old.

But as grown up as she and her awesome shoes can be ...

She's still just our little 'Ginar'!

Now ... {Insert British Accent HERE} ... Meet Cristina Marie, or just Cristi .. Gina's beautiful big sister!!

It's been two long years, but Cristi has finally come back home to visit. Where does she live you ask? London. Yup ... London. She's even picked up an accent to prove it. P.S. This is honestly how beautiful she looks every day. Perfect.
The accent is like the icing on top.

Growing up together I always knew Cristi's style and personality was far too big for this town. Still to this day I'm absolutely certain she will be on Broadway or the big screen one day. And she's well on her way.

In London Cristi works at the The Old Vic where Kevin Spacey is Artistic Director.

Did I mention Cristi was the one who introduced me to my all time favorite movie when I was 8 Funny Face, introducing me to the beautiful Audrey Hepburn. Makes sense right? She looks like she could be Audrey Hepburn's great grand daughter. I still remember the summer she moved here from Rome {Yes Italy} and brought with her Italian films that we had to watch with subtitles, and just about every Audrey Hepburn film known to man. She's the reason why I grew up loving old Black & White films and tv shows.

Sigh ... she doesn't even have to try, shes gorgeous!

It's like she walked out of a magazine.

Cris ... I've missed you terribly and I'm soo excited about this summer!!!
